We Are NBO is a handmade jewelry brand based in Nairobi, Kenya. We are NBO leverages the skill and savoir-faire of local artisans, who have years of experience working with locally available tools and materials.

Focused on being socially conscious, We Are NBO uses mostly recycled and upcycled materials in our jewelry. This includes recycled brass, wood, bone, and 24k gold plating to give our pieces a luxurious finish. Their materials are salvaged from the waste stream, which helps to reduce environmental impact.
