Katey Walker
Katey Walker has always been inspired by the seashore. The colors, shapes, and sense of tranquility of the ocean have all influenced her design aesthetic. Her affinity for naturally occurring free-form shapes can be seen throughout her collection. Katey apprenticed for one of the last remaining large fine jewelry production companies in New York's Diamond District, working on pieces for Tiffany and David Yurman. As a jewelry artist, Katey strives to create unique and wearable pieces of environmentally responsible handmade jewelry. Using high-carat yellow and rose gold, and a variety of natural gemstones, Katey's pieces are all handmade from start to finish in her Connecticut River Valley studio.
